Neon Tetra Disease

Hello!

I bought 6 neons 2 months ago. Three of them are dead now from what I think is Neon tetra disease.

They didn't die at the same time but the symptoms were the same.
Neons has difficulty to swim and are bloated.
A "white spot" appear on the body (tail) but it's really not ich. It looks like if the white coloration is inside the body.
Spine is curved

Two neons died in the tank and were laying at the bottom of the tank. (It took some times before I realize they were missing! )
I removed the third one before he dies, he was not able to swim.

The neons were in a community tank with angelfish, clown loach, platy, rasboras brilliant and otocinclus.
All the remaining fish seem to be fine. They are swimming and eating as usual.

My question is.. Do you think my angelfish, clown loach, etc are infected now? I read somewhere that a fish need to eat the dead fish to get the parasite. I'm not sure if they ate the dead fish or if they nipped them.

I don't want to lose them
I will remove all the remaining neons from the tank.

Water stats
Temp 26C
PH 7.4
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20
and the setup has been running for 4 months (fishless cycling).

Fading of the red stripe.
Leaving the shaol and hiding or there own.
Being bloated.
Swimming oddly.
Black lining around the tail.
Milky colour or cream colour on top of the blue colouring or red area.
Losing wieight.
Popeye.
The spine can bend.
Restless.
Finally a lump on the belly region that seems to go to a point.

Never heard of clown loaches getting ntd, but you never know.
There quite alot of fish at risk with ntd.
I think the angels might be a risk.

The best advice is to sadly destroy all the neons, dealt with it they all died one by one.
Then lost all my other fish to it, harlequns and tetra's even livebearers.
I just should of ended it when it started by destroying the neons.
Not nice but a least then the others might stand a chance of surviving.

So from reading the link, fish can only get it by eating a copse of a fish that had it??

Fish can catch anything through eating a dead corpse.
