Neon Tetra Disease

Do these tetras look like they have NTD? (my apologies for 2 of the 3 photos, it's almost impossible to get a good shot of these little buggers)

They seem fine, eating swimming etc fine... except for the discoloration in their tail. I had another neon like it a while ago who got emanciated and had trouble swimming so I put him down

From what i've read on this forum, that doesn't appear to be NTD. Neons with NTD appear to have their colours faded and their body is swolen, also if one of them goes away from the school and swims on the other side of the tank then that may be a sign. Like I said this is just what i've read, i've never seen any pictures of a fish with NTD, so if i'm wrong then please don't flame at me, just explain it to me!

It looks like ntd to me that how mine started with the faded bleached out tail, they bodies get lumpy, and they can get a bent spine, restless, leave the shoal.
