Neon Problem

I have a shoal of 10 neon tetras in a 110 ltr community tank and have just noticed that one of them has something wrong with his mouth,it looks like he's tried to eat something to big for his mouth and its got stuck open, like one of those pictures you see on those trawlermen programs on tv when a fish is brought up from the deep and its mouth is open and extended if you get what I mean.
Iv'e not fed them anything out of their usual diet of flake and the occasional veggie, usually frozen pea mashed a bit so I don't understand whats going on.

Hi is there anything visible in his mouth?
if so you should probably try to remove it manually.
