Neon Colored Fish...

I went to a new lfs today and saw some wierd fish... died fish are nothing new - one sees them all the time...

however i saw fish - that appeared to be tetra/molliesque - that were "neon green" and "neon pink" colored. the guy at the lfs said they were a genetic defect ...

any1 know the scoop on these lil fishies... they just appear to be completely dyed neon colors.

if its pink I am almost certain the are dyed.

If the color is very intense then it most certainly is a dyed fish.

Might be an albino or lutino neon

You sure it's not the glofish? They're genetically modified Danios. Though it's hard to mistake a Danio shape for anything else (except maybe a white cloud mountain minnow)

yeah they're pink the glofish search lutino neons on here you can see some of wolfs they're pink
