Needs More Fish

currently it has 5 clownloaches, 2 balas and 2 bristlenoses. what top/middle fish could i get? thinking some silver dollars. any other sugestions.

what size is the tank?
maybe a few more balas to make up the group?im pretty sure silver dollars would also work

the tanks 80gal. the pair of balas are doing well. how many of dollars would be a good number.

The balas will need a bigger tank in the long run (probably a 6 x 2 x 2ft or bigger) as they can get big and they're very skittish (have been known to break tanks if scared, especially in smaller tanks), so need plenty of space to be able to swim about, but silver dollars would be nice

YEah angel or gouramis they are gr8 fish. i use to have some balas and angel in my old tank but i gave them out.

perhaps the bigger rainbows (melanotaeniidae family) or congo tetras

giant dainos, angels and 3 spot gourami off the top of my head.
