what should i do, all he eats is the feeder goldfish, or rosy red minnows, it refuses to eat the freeze dried, or frozen food..

Your chances of getting it on to prepared food is pretty much 0.00001%. How big is it? Try feeding it lots of feeders over 2 weeks or so then starve it and put shrimp, whitebait, smelt etc in and eventually it will have to eat them or die.
