Your needle valve is the knurled knob at the front below the two gauges. I use this regulator on my 120l, and the needle valve adjustment works, but has a very coarse adjustment. Happy CO2ing.

i believe you told the jbl comes with a needle valve so i didnt worry then seeing it on another post got my thinking as i bought it 2nd hand so thought it was missing
