Needing Return Pump From Sump To 120 Gal Reef Tank

I am setting up a 120 gal saltwater DT with 55 gal sump. What would be the correct size of return pump for this size tank? What brands of pumps do you all recommend?

return pump must be capable of lifting water to the main tank - head height is normally shown on the box or unit itself.
turn over of approximately 8 to 10 times tank volume per hour.
