Needed- A Simpler Version Of Fish In Cycling

i have just sold a tank to a lovely couple and it is there very first 'proper' aquarium they have a goldfish in a bowl and have bought this tank for him.
now they no nothing of cycling etc and i have gave them a few 'clues' but they have asked me could i email it to them, as simply as possible (their english is very basic)

so come on guys i need help. they will be doing a fish in cycle with a fancy goldfish (the chubby type with posh tail they said!)

what points are important?
what should i include?
how do i put it simply? i really wanna help these guys as they were so nice and the lady has really been doing her homework, sadly though in the wrong place (lfs advice......need i say more?)

ok,. here's a simple as it comes

1 - buy a good liquid test kit (recommend API freshwater master test kit)
2 - test water every 12 hours for ammonia and nitrite
3 - if water readings are less than 0.25ppm then all is ok
4 - if water readings are more than 0.25ppm then do a large water change
5 - keep doing this every day until water levels are consistently 0 for both ammonia and nitrite

is that easy enough do you reckon?

other alternative is that there are a lot of translation websites, if you can find one that deals with whatever language they speak then trasnlate a couple of our pins and send them that.
