Just noticed that something seems to be lodged in a glowlight tetra's mouth.... making him unable to close it - or eat. His mouth remains constantly open... so much so that I can see pretty clearly into it, btu I don't see the problem's origin..??

I don't know what to do!?? He's one of my oldest fish.... being pretty much from my original set up. His gills are pumping, but other than that (and the open mouth) he seems active enough... swimming around with the others... he doesn't eat though. At all.

What can I do??

If you cant see anything in the mouth then the jaw itself could be dislocated. If he cant feed then you might have to consider euthenizing or he will waste away.
If any others come down with the same thing then a vitamin defficiency could be to blame.
