Need To Know If I'm Overstocked

I have a heavy planted 55G with two 60G AquaFilter filters, I do 35% water changes once a week. I need to know if my tank is overstocked.

It's been cycled for about 2 years, here are the fish ( i just added the 7 flame tetras and the 2 rainbows)

10 H. rasboras
4 cardinals
4 ottos
2 rubbernose plecos
7 flame tetras
2 blue rams
1 small angel
2 1.5 inch Austrilan Rainbowfish (they will get about 4 inches long)
7 corys

Not at all overstocked, It sounds like a really nice tank too! What kind of cories do you have?

I hope so becuase Iit looks great! I had someone on a nothing forum tell me that I'm way overstocked? I don't understand the two sides? Why would I be, or why wouldn't I be?

I think it is perfectly fine, first of all your fish level is fine, and you do good water changes, you have plants which "eat" nitrate, and you overfilter the tank. Not overstocked at all.

You should post some pictures of it one day in the pictures section...
