Need The Dosage For Amoxicillin In 90g

I have a severe bacterial infection in my 90g aquarium taht has spread very, very quickly, from a small, white cloud on a green severum's eye, to thirty-six hours late, with white growths on widow tetras, and severe lethargy in all of the tankmates. I know that this is a strong antibiotic, and I am going to go to my vet and get 750 miligrams of it. The only question I have is, What is the correct dosage per day for this? I have already added melafix to the water also, should I remove that before I add the amoxicillin?

EDIT: Although this infection in QUICKLY WORSENING, will Tetracycline work instead of Amoxicillin? I'm just trying to figure out what my best option here is.

I would go with tetracycline. Both meds can be used with melafix.
