need some help

i just added some neon tetras, 1 dwarf gourami, and a knight goby to my 30 gallon tank.......since then my apple snail will not come out of his shell.....is any other fish bothering him?

How long has the tank been set up,sorry no nothing at all about snails.

Someone may be picking on him, but snails have been known to hibernate for long periods of time. Give him a little time to adjust to his new tankmates and keep an eye out for anyone nipping on him. Once everyone settles in, he should be fine.
