Need Recommendations For Top Dwellers In A 30 Gallon

Ps. annulatus..... 2 males 4-6 females

They are absolutely stunning...... Please tell me more about their habits.

I just read up on most of what's been mentioned here. The zebras sound best for my tank as they would bring the red eyes out of hiding, which they sometimes do. Shy little guys. Sounds like it might be a good fit but I'm not settled with that yet, so please, keep the ideas coming. :good:

I would say halfbeaks Dermogenys pusilla. Or like above AFrican Butterfly fish are striclty top dwelling aswell as the halfbeaks.

Well, this morning we visited the lfs, our favorite one, and I came home with 6 zebra danios. I love the little buggers! When I put them in the tank, everybody wondered if they were food, because they are so small. But then I threw in live bloodworms and everybody settled down and had lunch. After that, they all started mingling beautifully. And voila, just as I'd read, the danios have brought the tetras out of hiding. Looks great with all the activity in the tank.

Thank you again, everyone, for your opinions and comments. Much appreciated.

Congrats....
Gorgeous fish, little bit cute, alot manic....
Careful they don't bully your tetras from their food (i suppose with bloodworm shouldn't have that problem) my danios are huge in comparison to my minnows cos they manage to get the lions share so i end up overfeeding....

Who would've thought a little tiny fish (I got really small ones) would be so damn entertaining? Especially at feeding time! :hyper:
