Well i would like to add some plants to my 2ft tank but they need to be alright for fry to hide in. I like the look of the bushy types of plants can't remember the name of this 1 but i have a pic.

If you can't see it properly it is like a browny colour and has loads and loads of little tiny leaves with long thin stalks. I'm hoping to get more of these but i don't know what they are called. Sorry not to good with plant names.

I also found this on google.

This plant is a Mayaca sellowiana and mine looks like this but it's a browny colour. It's not dying because it's been like thatsince i got it and i got it about 2 weeks ago i think.

I have cabomba in my tank, no fertilisers, just a 15w light and it grows like mad! its a bushy plant and is very nice in bunches! perfect for fry. Look it up on google, its a really cheap plant, can get it in red, but have found its harder to keep. Hope this helps.
Ben.
