Need Opinions On Platy... Tb?

My female palty had what looked like swim bladder, then developed red streaks, Septecemia? So I treated her for it in a small quarantine tank. Now the red streaks are disapearing and shes swimming around more, but now her spine seems to be kinked slightly. I don't know if its fish TB or just from the small (1g) quarantine, since shes used to a lot more room. Opinions would be great!

Here are some pics of here in the quarantine tank from above, her spine looks worse in some pics than others, is it TB? Should I try and medicate her if it is? or should I just euthanize her? *Note* water is green due to meds.
