Need Lighting Options

Right now, I have a 20W bulb over my 29g planted tank. I need more lighting, but I dont know how to get it under like $100. I would like 2WPG (no more since no CO2). How can I possibly get this? I have one of the Perfecto Plastic hoods, so it must be compatible with that. Is my only options to get the All-Glass 2 bulb strip light that will only give me 34W? $50 also for such small increase. What options do I have? I have looked at T5, but found little. Maybe for $72 I could get 48W.

Just looked at compact lighting. Would those fixtures fit my hood? I cant tell This guy is the cheapest, and seems like a good Wattage

I wouldnt go past 50w, it is a large tank and the WPG is more leanient, with 50w, you will get 1.7WPG.

What are the tank measurments?

The measurements are around 30x18x12 inches.
