Need Input For A Possible 55+g Tank

im wanting a living room set-up that will really light up some eyes. For the fish, im looking into larger colorfull fish who may not require alot of swimming room. Brackwater is an option for sure. I really like some eels (so it might be a frontrunner). Another thing, im looking for fish that dont require schools more than 3. Pairs or single fish would be my favorites. More of a variety i have the happier ill be. fewer, rarer, bigger, and more colorful fish is more important to me than quantity. looking for a complete stocking options. Not just a singe fish that work. Im looking for a complete list for say possibly a 75g tank. Im sure somebody else out there has something like this or has looked into something like this before.

P.S. Also a big ghost knife fan.

forgot maybe a smaller species of fish for a school might be ok if they are really nice looking and can survive the larger fish.

a african brown knife maybe??according to the fish index one will be fine in a 55 and a spiney peacock eel?
