I have a big ick issue. I have been treating for ick now for three days. I an using Aquari-Sol, this is what the guy at the store recommending me using. I have the carbon out of my filter and the water at 86 F. Really the only fish that seems to have it or that I can see is my catfish. It looks like someone took a salt shaker and covered him with it. It also seems like each day he has ever more on him. I don't understand why the water temp is not makeing them fall off. It seems like its having the oppisite affect and atraction them. I am also taking care of a nitrite problem that I posted here earlier this week my nitrite is 1pmm do to a to early gravel switch to sand. So I do a 10% water change daily to try and get this down. Now I'm sure this is weaking the meds but I also now that ick is untreatable until they fall of, which they don't seem to want to do this. I need help and advise to get this cleared up. Also I live in the states if anyone needed that info for meds advise

Anyone?? AS of today it looks like it is only on my catfish now Bala's look good which really only had a few on them yesturday

Keep the temp there for 15 days unless you still see ich after 15 days, I'v used nox-ich and had good effects with it though it turns the sealant blue and is not good for inverts, not sure on catfish though if you keep the temp up it should do the trick after 15 days.
