Two female silvertip tetras in my 3ft long 39.2 gallon aquarium are having some problems that they've had for a few days. One female looks like she's overweight and the other isn't swimming well and only swims in an upward angle. The tank is a year old and it only had one fish death so far. What can I do to improve my tetras' health and lifespan?
