ok so i found this plant growing on the side of the house where some water pools and theres shade the whole time, it was growing in between the cement, it looks a lot like HC cuba, well atleast form the hc pics i have seen, i picked it up cause i saw that it grows side ways and not so much up.
about 4 days ago i put the first tuft of it in the tank, just put the roots right into the gravel, a fw leaves died but then i started dosing with api leaf zone and excel and it seems to be taking now here is a pic of the first tuft
here is a pic of the lil bit i put it today, this time i made sure to grab a piece that had good roots and was growing sideways
since it seems to grow on the cement where water pools im really hoping that it takes and grows to make a carpet.
ill be trimming it to encourage runners, if it starts growing stringy
so what do you guys think it is?
