Need Help With My Stocked 100 Litre Tank

I have a 100 litre tank with 1 red eye puffer, 4 dwarfs puffers, 5 bumblebee gobys, 2 german blue rams, 1 simiese algae eater, 4 khuli loaches and 3 otos. I know it seems abit odd with all the puffers and everything but there is zero aggression in my tank, the only time i see anythin close to a fight is when my rams get abit to close to eachother (i think i have 2 males). Anyway i wanted to get a shoaling fish such as the cardinal tetra, and if i did get them i would probably buy around 10 of them.. would i be cramping my tank abit to much? at the moment all my readings are perfect.. no ammonia, no nitrates.. everythins is litraly perfect so i wanted to know if adding a group of about 10 cardinals, would this add a lot of waste into my tank thus giving me nitrates and ammonia i cannot cope with? Just wanted to get some info and input before i run of to the pet store tomorrow.. i would love to get some tetras but wouldnt want to upset my current fish by adding to many, or producing to much waste, as i do have some sensitive fish.. please guys help me.. any advice is much appreciated!!

Theres a lot in your tank, not sure wether I would add more fish.
The Cardinal's won't add a heap of waste but obviosuly they will add some, maybe you could even try adding another small little internal fitler?

oh ye i forgot to mention i have two fluval plus 2 internal filters and i do a 50% water change everyweek

You are treading on thin ice anyway. Even though you have no aggression currently, there is a high risk of it with that combination. Also, bumble bee gobies are brackish fish. So I would say adding anything else would increase the risk.
I make it over 40" of adult sized fish in a 25gall, so overstocked to some extent already.

You should keep the puffers in a species tank, only one male ram in a tank that size and the gobies are brackish. Sorry about that but its true, also you are overstocked already, so I would not suggest adding Cardinal Tetra to that tank, as they are very sensitive to pH and water quality.

If I were you I would get rid of everything except the pair of rams, I would then add 20-30 cardinal tetras, ensuring the the temperature remains at 28-32oC and the PH is always under 7

What about if i got rid of the everything and just kept the red eye puffer, khuli loaches and rams.. Then added 20 tetras, that wouldnt be overstocked would it?

The puffers need keeping on their own due to aggression and the Kuhli loaches aren't compatible with Blue Rams due to the temperature requirements.

Well u just read that the loaches should be kept at a temp between 25 and 29 celcius, and the rams should be at about 28.. So the temp requirement seem fine. As for the puffer, the irrubesco is one of the most peacefull and mild mannerd puffers, only aggresive to its own kind. He doesnt bother anyone in the tank. For people that are saying the gobies should be in brackish, there are two types of bumblebees, some are suited to freshwater and some brackish, mine are obv freshwater. Im just asking about the bioload here and waste! So advice please not critosism which is what you usualy get on this site..
