Need Help With Ich Medication.

My fish is in an 4 litre jar right now. It says add 5 ml per 5 U.S. gallons (19 L). How many ml do I put in the water?

Also it says Remove activated carbon from filter and continue aeration, I don't have a filter, will the meds still work?

yes, they'll work. put 1mL in that tank

no prob, thats like saying 5mL for a 20Litre container which is the same ratio as 1mL for 4Litre container

Ok. I did everything it told me to on the back, I raised the temp of the tank up and etc. I was wondering how long it takes to treat it? It just says to do 25% water change and repeat in two days. How long should I do this for?

If its malactite green, do it until the ich is gone, then 1 more time to remove the possibilty of free-swimming larvae.

yes the medication still might work but after three days do a full water change
