Recently my convict cichlids have spawned and since they i had a accident with a new filter so i had to remove the fry, I removed as much as i could... So at the moment i only have about 20 fry in a small tank  .. There probably about a week ish old maybe a little more.. The thing is now they dont have pearents in there im worried when to feed them? i have brine shrimp eggs to feed them but im not sure because they arnt really swimming around so i dont think they would get them, How long do you have to wait before you start feeding them .. i dont want them to starve. Thanks.

most newborn fish use there egg sacks within a few days (not sure if cichlids are the same as i've never bred them) so i personally would add some see how they react

Ive added some but there is still debrees from some java moss in that tank and they seem to be sticking to that and staying at the bottom of the tank they aint swimming, up to the top

with live plants chances are they will be eating the micro organisms on the plants, they should get more confident soon enough, maybe add a few more plants and some floating ones too

Baby brine shrimp in a jar and ground flake food.

Yeah at the moment they aint swimming just sitting at the bottom of their tank to be honest n just moving around, I have decapsulated brine shrimpe eggs, Apparently they are suppost to be better than baby and brine shrimp theirselfs
