Need help with a fish that gets picked on

I have a tank full of mollys. One particular molly gets picked on. His fins keep getting bitten. He seems to be the only one that gets picked on. Any solutions?

What is your male to female ratio. It should be 1male to every 3 females. If not the dominant males sometimes pick on the other males.
