Need Help With 230 And 55 Gallon Tanks

I NEED HELP.......I have 3 tanks Tank #1 is a nicely stocked 55 gal Mbuna tank with different "colored" African zebras red, pearl,OB,etc) and hongi and rustiies.All are in the 2 to 3 inch size range.
Tank @2 and #3 are my questions.
In tank #2 a 20 gal high I only have a good sized SA Angel with a bushy nose pleco. I would hesitate to put anything else in there, since the angel would probably kill any smaller angels that I put in there or anything else.
In tank #3, a 55 gal I have a single Malawi eye biter (approx 3 1/2 inches) a fem red empress that is being overstressed by the eye biter, 2 clown loaches, and Synodontis(catyfish).
At this time, in my mind tanks 2 & 3 are not being used properly.
QUESTION 1 Can the eye biter in tank #3 be SAFELY put into tank #1 without destroying the others ?
QUESTION 2 If so I would transfer the large Angel from the 20 gal to the 55 gal and add another 5 or 6 younger, smaller angels plus some other type fish(rams ?) to complement the angels and even some guppies or the like to offer good quality live food
QUESTION 3 At this point I could put the eyebiter in the empty 20 gal high tank

sorry about your fish problems.

I haven't dealt with these types of fish, but i don't see why it wouldn't work.

I would just make sure that the angel is compatible with the fish that is already being stressed out in your other tank and the bristelnose is compatible with the tall tanks dimensions.

I wouldn't put the angel in either of the 55's with the africans as they would more than likely kill it.
the bristlenose should be fine in any of those tanks
You could put the eyebiter in tank #1 for now but eventually it would get too large and kill the others.
one option is move the eyebiter and the red empress into the 20g, but they won't be happy in there for long (will outgrow)
and then move the angel into the 55 they were in with the loaches and syno cat.
