Need Help In The Right Direction?

So I am new to salt and I have a 55 gal/208 Liter tank. I am asking for help on how to set it up. I would like something easy but nice for the fish to swim and hide in through out the tank. Also how many pounds of sand would I need for the right amount in this tank. Oh if anyone would know of a incredible website to buy filters, sand, rock ect... for cheap please let me know. Thanks!
