Need Help Iding A Fish

I saw a tropical fish in Walmart, but no one knew what the fish was called. It's a round, balloon looking fish with gray skins and black spots. On the top of the fish's head it had a neon green smug. The only place I've seen them is in Walmart and only a very few times. Anyone know the name of the fish?

it is most likely a sickly figure 8 puffer....

they have the neonish on the back, especially more so black when they're sick and near death..... it contrasts more.

And ballon looking also leads to figure 8.

sorry to hear even wal mart has them.

Tetraodon nigroviridis.

It's a green spotted puffer.
