My tank 3 days was perfectly fine, and i rinsed out my filter with the tank water. And then the next day i was testing my water and my ph had dropped from 7.5 down to 5.0 and i dont know why.So i did a 15% water change and added abit of a ph boster and i waited about 5 hours till i tested it and it went stright back up to 7.5 then one of my pea puffers had just died and i dont want anymore to die so if anyone can help me in any way plz do. -_-

My tank otherwise is perfect, i havent changed any of my filteration system or anything in the tank.

Sorry just a little confused, but what do you mean by 3 days?

Is this how long you had your tank running prior to putting the fish in?

Anyways...do you have any wood in your tank at all?

Also, how often do you do water changes?

And do you have live plants, and do you inject Co2 into the tank?

Do you know what your KH is by any chance?

My Nitrates is 0.3mg which is perfect.

And my ammonia was at 0.15 about 4 hours ago and now about 1.0-1.5 so i dont know what happened
All my fish seem to be fine still swimming around the same and everything.

I know you rinsed your filter media out in tank water, but how exactly did you go about doing this?

It is possible but not likely, that you have wiped out a substantial amount beneficial bacteria in your filter, causing an ammoina spike.

If your ammonia has gone up like that hun then do a water change right away as this ammount of ammonia is poisonous for your fish
do you know what the nitrItes were if these are over 0 again you need a water change

Nitrates are mostly fine up to 100ppm though most people prefer to keep them under 20-40 ppm and some fish prefer them as low as 10-20ppm
