Need Cycling Help - Thanks :)

I've been reading a while about cycles, but what confuses me is:

Do I need to do partial water changes the first 4 weeks while cycling with 4 Danio's?
Also I bought some flake food and bloodworms, good combo for the danio's (alternating ofcourse)

So far on Day 3:

- 2 zebra danio's
- 2 pearl danio's
- 1 piece of aquatic hardwood

There's really no need to cycle with fish; even hardy ones will suffer.

Thanks I realize that, but it really doesn't answer any questions. I have been mis-informed I guess by my LFS
and they said it would be ok to start the cycle with some water and decor of my established tank and some danio's.

Anybody else?

Thanks Jonesy, I have read that article, but I must have misread the data and now see that he started changing the water after 12 days.
Sounds like I have to wait a while. So far so good, they like the food, but the water is fairly cloudy. They seem very active and happy.

Do you have wood in your tank? That can cloudy the water a bit. My water always get a bit cloudy too when I am vacuuming it, but after a few hours it has settled again

Yes I have some hardwood, starts with an "Ma" but forgot the rest.

That's what it is, Mopani. Mean my brain hurts. I've been thinking about that through the whole flight this morning and my colleague was asking me if I was ok
