Need Advise

Hi everyone im rather new to the hobby and ive been looking around ur forums and i was wondering what tropical fish can be kept with cichlids

i know angelfish are ok and rams but what else

any help would be much abliged

What sort of cichlids are you thinking of keeping? Just Angels and Rams?

no i mean which cichlids can go with fish like swordtails,gouramis,some nano tetras,

The dwarf cichlids would be your best bet, they dont look great in the shop but their colours are stunning in a well maintained home aquarium. My male apisto is a bright metallic blue with lovely orange fins, whilst the female is vivid yellow with strong black markings. Choose the variety on your water hardness as they will show the best colour in the correct environment. Kribs also look great and are readily available.
