Need advice

I have an opaline gourami and he is to aggressive to live with any other fish. So the lps said they would take it back. So what I need to know is how should I go about getting him back to the lps which is a 20 minute drive. Also the less stressful way would be the best.

Do it the same way as when the lps sold you the fish. Bag it and give it to them. For a 20min trip i woulsnt do anything special.

use a freezer bag ...have enough water in it that the fish can move around..make sure you have air in it .... you will have a couple of hours and not harm fish...but dont take that long, dont forget use tank water....haha dont send it by taxi he might get robbed

like the others said. i always keep the bags and rubber bands from buying fish just in case. just bag it up the same way he was when you brought him home and take him to the store. make sure you go directly to the store as the less time he is in the bag the less he is stressed.

Bag the fish in the usual way with more air than water in the bag. If you have no polystyrene box available to you the a small cardboard box will suffice. heat some water and place this in a 2ltr lemonade bottle and wrap a tea-towel around the bottle then place it in the box with the fish in the bag. Some bubblewrap will also prevent heat loss.

this thread gone a little off topic, and a couple of rude condersending arnsers but anyway.

Bag you fishies up, there be fine for 20 min trip, if you don't have a bag, maybe best to go to your LFS and ask for a couple. but as long as the bag is plastic, holds water, and you give them air at the top there be fine.

Thanks. And soory about the topic going alittle off subject. They were joking around on how to get the fish back to the lps then I had to add the thing about Harry Potter and when someone said they never heard of him I just refreshed them on whi he was.

Another option if you don't want to bag it is to put it in some sort of tupperware container until you get there... I've done this before when I didn't have any bags on hand. The LFS bagged the fish up for me when I got there so I could take my tupperware back
