Helloooo. . .please help me im a newbie

I need some advice if anyone can give me it, i have 5 female mollies and 3 of them have had babies yesterday how long will it be b4 they have anymore , i also have a sailfin mollie which im not sure if shes pregnant because she is quite big anyway, but her tummy looks swollen is there any way of telling and lastly i have what i think is a mickey mouse platie and she is really fat and looks ready to burst and i have had her in a breeding tank most of the day and still no action would it take a while for her to have them or would she start giving birth straight away , not sure wheather to release her or not, i have also done the same thing with a black mollie i have and still nothing off her, if i let them out and they are pregnant will they have the babies in the tank or can they hold on to them until next time they are in the breeding tank. . . . .as soon as i put the mollies in the breeding tank yesterday they started having them straight away.

please help

Livebearers like mollies and platies can produce a batch of young about once a month, (depending on temperature).
The females are best left in a well planted tank and not disturbed. Then they will give birth when they are ready. If you stress them out before they give birth, then some of the young can be born prematurely and die.

I prefer to have female livebearers in a well planted tank without any other fish, (and especially no male livebearers in there). Then the females can give birth and I scoop the babies out and put them in the breeding nets.
