Need A Little Help Please

ok my molly got whitespots so i have done the treatment and im on the secound day off not putting any treatment in. but have noticed that my Tuxcedo guppie has it now but im not sure what i need to do can anyone help me please.
i have the temp turned up to 82F

sometimes ich needs two rounds of meds. id suggest another round. and if you could increase the temp to 86, that would help too.

It can take two rounds like the loraxchick has said.
Raise temp and increase aeration.
