Nearly Everything Has Arrived!

Ok so i posted pics of my tank previously and then told you all i wanted to re balance the tank and preety much give the fish a better and planted enviroment.
Off the back of other posts i have chosen all the stuff i need and orderd it accoringly.
Co2
Substrate
Plants.

Everything has arrived now apart from my plants from greenline, which arrive tommorow. Now my question is tommorow what should i do? Here is my take on things.....

-Add the substrate
-Then gravel
-Then add water
-Then place plants in the disired (sp?) places
-Then the co2

This right?

Sounds OK.

Ensure your new gravel is clean to prevent excess clouding.
You can plant with very little water in there, this makes it easier.
Add the new water very slowly.

If it's a Greenline collection then throw away any non-aquatics. edit, that sounds a litte unfair, throw away any non-aquatics.

I'd go on plantgeek and check them from their plant guide, which you can look at by pictures. Could take a while to get a whole collection IDd on here, and I found that it was quite useful for advice on where and how to plant, how much light and needs etc.

ok so i spoke to green line, they say they nevr recived my order....... not impressed. Thinki will just go wth some aqua essentials as cant wait another week for my delivery to be made. Really not impressed. So i need some help from everyone. Its a low light low CO2 tank that i will hopefully be keeping discus in eventually so any ideas on the plant front? Its a rio 240 BTW.

No they said it didnt go through, i never got a confirmation email, dont really check my emails that often tbh, but did today. and sent them an email asking why i havent had a comfo through. they said i never did it. So now im going to look for plants that i defiantly want and have the layout just how i like it

lol i nearly wet myself when i realised this! ah well tbh tho i didnt get a confo email offa them either....

Be sure to rinse your plants with dechlorinated water before adding them. I believe, but am not quite sure, that java plants uses copper treatment before sending.

Whoo they arrived today! i planted em all n the tanlk is up n running minus the fish as the water needs to warm up and un-cloud (disturbed the substrate while filling ) before i do anything else. Well im knackerd ill start a new thread about the tank with piccys soon. But before that im off to the pub for a well earn'd drink......or two.....ok loads
