Nearly Cycled Tank

my tank is nearly cycle another couple of days and i should get 0/0 in 12hrs,
when can i add my plants and get it ready?
i know i will have to do i 90% water change before adding fish

you really didnt have to wait to add the plants!
they probably would have been better to have right from the off!

plant heavily from the off and you can add fish pretty early too!
