Neale Monks' Book

I'm eager to get my hands on Neale Monks' book "Brackish Water Fishes", but can't seem to find it for sale. What mail order websites stock this book? Amazon.co.uk don't sell it due to limited stock. I'm sure the release date was today (1st Dec), but maybe I'm wrong. A Google search didn't shed much light, either.

It was sent to the printers a few weeks ago, and I'm supposed to be getting my author's copies this month. So it should appear in the shops anytime within the next couple of months. Likely in the US first, given the publisher is TFH.
