hello,
i recently purchased a copy of Nature Aquarium World Vol 1 off amazon and received it earlier to day only to find that its got pages 129-149 reprinted with pages 113-128, (aka it goes pages 1-128 then repeats ages 113-128 then goes to page 145-185 ish) and misses alarge section of the landscaping section,
now although it is new book i realize this isn't a newly wrote book, in fact its the 1996 edition i think or something alike but i was wondering if anyone had heard/has a misprinted version as well and if theres anyhitng i can do about it in the UK?

Contact amazon? (who to be fair only shipped and didn't print)
Contact ADA Europe?
attempt to contact T.F.H. Publications, INC?

I would personally contact all three. First, however, document your book with photos, especially the pages with errors. Amazon has a return policy. You may have the best luck with the publishers as they are actually the ones responsible for the final look of the book. Yes, ADA wrote the book, and may have provided the initial formatting, but it is the publishing company that prints the physical book, and this looks to me like a formatting error on the part of the printers, especially since there are earlier editions that may not have this error. See what others say regarding this matter, but my gut says, contact all three with special attention to the publisher. Somebody isn't doing their job, and books are usually inspected for errors before leaving the publisher. From what you describe, I think TFH Publications would want to know about that large an error. You may also want to send the publisher photos of the book you received.

Thank you for the reply, I'm just a bout to contact amazon and get details for the other two, i have the original receipt, packaging and the book (obviously) i think ill prob have the best luck with amazon customer support but they will just send me a ntoher copy which may have the same fault, but i also think its the publisher's fault, and that ADA were just unfortunate in this case.
ill first see what amazon say and T.F.H,

has anybody else have a book from this "batch" with the printing error?
i cant actually find a publishing date only that its the "1996 edition"
