Namor Is Sick

Namor is my blue Betta. He has been bloated for several days. It seems that his intestines are working well. Although I have given him food with medicine and added antibiotic (neomycin) to its water for several days, he doesn't seem to be better. He behaves and eats normally.
Today, I changed the water of his tank and added another antibiotic (Tetracyclin).
Could any of you give me some help?

sounds like he might be constipated. Try feeding him smashed deshelled peas.

Well, it has the color of his food. When I gave him half of a pea, it became green. It proves that he has not constipation, right? I mean, he expels what he eats - no blockage.

He behaves and eats normally. His belly is bloated but his scales are normal. His belly is so bloated that is translucid. The internal part looks like an haematoma. I usually give him Tetra Min and blood worms by Tetra.
