Myxazin Treatment

Hi everyone,

I have got a Jewel Trigon 190 aquarium and I am currently half way through a 5 day course of treating my tropical fish with Myxazin. At the end of the course should I do a water change and change any of my filter medium?

24 hours after the last dose you could do a partial water change, 20-30%
the only filter media you would need to change is adding back the carbon sponge (black)
if indeed you used it in the first instance.
