Can you use them both together??? if so would you just half dose them both and mix into some water?

You cna use melafix with bacterial meds.
But if you do I would only half dose, as not all fish tolerate it towell.

What are you treating for.

Melafix in only an external bacteria med.
I think myxazin is too.
So you don't really need to use both.

one of the fish has white spot and a mouth ulcer, his been a problem fish from day 1 always getting diseases. Water Stats are great, have put temp upto 28c, been using Myxazin only for a day, I would of bought some White Spot treatment but don't think my shrimps would of thanked me for it. Am hoping Melafix might help with the mouth ulcer, I know Myxazin is also meant for mouth ulcers but when I have used it in the past hasen't done much!

If your fish have whitespot you need to treat.
Or do you mean the fish has a whitespot on the mouth area.

It's always wise to move inverts to a quarantine tank when using meds.

I am treating for whitespot/ick with Myxazin, the guy at my LFS told me they use it all the time for whitespot.

This is the ingredients for Myxazin

Formaidehyde 0.12% w/w
Malachite Green 0.085% w/w
Acrflavine Hydochloride 0.055% w/w

Ok.
Let me know how you get on if you don't mind.

Well the Myxazin is working or could be the temp rise! all of the fish have stopped scraping and whitespot(3 spots on fin) is only visible on the problem fish. I am going to stick to the treatment for another week so will update you next week at some point.

That's good news.
Thanks for the update.

Well day 4 of treatment and there are no visible white spots on any fish, none of them are flicking either, I used Myxazin and Pimafix and put the heat to 28-29c, so the ich problem is looking great but the problem fish has a white spot fungus on his lip, if this is Columnairis shouldn't these two meds sort it out because there dosen't seem much improvement.

Treat another week once spots have gone.

Columnaris spots are quite hard to get rid off.
If there no improvement in 4 days, get back to the board.
