This does NOT sound like white spot. Whitespot is blamed for far too many fish deaths. If there were not tiny white dots on the fish that looked as though there were grains of salt stuck to them, it's not whitespot.
Please don't shout, it makes it hard to read your posts.
Sounds to me like neon tetra disease, fish TB, columnaris or new tank sydrome (ammonia poisoning) but we can't help you without more information. There is absolutely no point pouring medications into your tank until you know what's wrong with the fish, I guarantee you will just kill more of them.
How big is the tank? What is in it? How long has it been set up for and how did you cycle it? How often are water changes done and how much do you take? Water stats in ammonia/nitrite/nitrate/temp/pH. Have there been any recent additions of fish, inverts, plants or decor that might have introduced a disease to the tank?
Did the fish show any other symptoms, ie going fuzzy, white patches (whitespot/ich is tiny dots, columaris or fungus is broad patches or fuzz) lesions or holes or cuts, loss of scales, bloating.
