Well, my Godfather gave me two catfish. One is a known upside down catfish but the other I couldn't find on the internet. It swims upside down as well. I was wondering if anyone knows what this is called and how large it gets, etc. Right now this one is about 4 inches long and has really long whiskers and likes to hide until night.

Sorry for the bad quality, he swims really fast and doesn't like to stay out in the open.

That is an Asian upside-down catfish, not a Synodontis species. Good tankmates for larger cichlids, very conspecific-aggressive, not compatible unless kept in a large group to spread around the aggression. (Less than 9-10 of them will eventually be 1 that has killed off the others.)

100% a Mystus leucophasi, will reach 10inch and can eat fish 3/4 its own body length.

3/4? Wow. Hmm, do you think my other fish will be safe with it?

if you other fish are less than 3/4 his length then no they will not be safe.
