mysterious red spots

i have just fed my guppies and noticed that one of them has three red spots/marks on her belly and she may be pregnant i really don't want to loose her cause i'v had her since a baby and about a month ago had her seventh lot of fry. does anyone know what this is

Add abit of salt to see if they clear up if you have no scaless fish.
