Hi everyone!
I need your help again!!!

I have a Betta in a 2 gallon tank. I just changed his water today, because there is a strange cloudy, web-like film growing in his water. It's not on HIM. But some of it is at the surface and a good deal of it is at the bottom in his gravel. When I change his water I always use Seachem Prime to remove any ammonia and minerals. I have well water, since I live in a small town. When I change the water I do see some of these hard minerals (looks a lot like when you add salt to water, or a powder in water.) The seachem usually does a great job at clearing this up for my betta's tank. This time, it's not doing so well. I added some Pimafix to try and kill any fungus that the strange white substance may be, but I think it's growing back quickly. Now my Betta is just hanging at the top of his tank.

What's going on?! :(

Not sure what's going on with your water, but it could be that your well water is not the best for your Betta. Since your tank is only two gallons, I would use bottled drinking water (NOT distilled or purified) in your tank. Just be sure to acclimate the Betta over to it for a few hours.
