Myriophyllum Sp Brown Leaves

Hi my Myriophyllum Sp is looking very much the worse for wear after only a week or so in my tank
....I have read this plant needs lots of light I am getting two reflectors to put on my 35w T5's next week will this help it perk up?

I am ferting three times per week and all the other plants in the tank and growing very well and all look healthy.

Any ideas

we need to know all the details of the tank. Adding extra lighting is fine if you can keep up with nutrient dosing.
