My Tank

Hi,

Had this running for about three months now but no matter how hard I try I cannot seem to keep plants alive, so I have added some fake ones. Soon to be changed into a more rockier design this weekend and remove the pillar thing in the middle.

Not sure if she`s shy or checking herself out?

I have one of those pillar things, I could never get it to look right so I ended up taking it out too.

Just had a little play with the tank and changed a few things.

Which one do you think looks best? With the pillar thing or slate and pebbles?

Agree, prefer the first pic with the pillar (typical, isn't it, lol). Wonder how the pillar would look if you put it a little to one side in the tank and at a slight angle?

Just removed the Big Black box and filter and added an External, also changed substrate to sand.

Still not 100% with it, maybe a bigger cave as the Acara is having a growth spurt.
