Golden Nugget on top and a Clown underneath. Both have been in the tank for 30 minutes now and have already set up camp in opposite corners

I can't see any images.

In the UK we can get Golden Nuggets at roughly 5-6" for 15 pounds. :)

I would never have thought green gravel could look so good, that tank is good enough for TOTM, well dont and have you got anymore pics?

The Clown was £10 and the Golden Nugget was £20

Expensive but worth it and the LFS that i go to is very good, clean & helpful. There is another LFS near and they had one for £10 but it was really dull and transparent and when i asked what species it was i was told 'it might be a ......' Needless to say i don't buy my fish from there!

very cool, i really like how you have everything hidden, you cant see the heater, filter or anything. good job well done  :kewlpics:
What made you go for green gravel?

Erm........the green gravel debate......

Well, when i went to buy the tank they had a selection of:

Sand
Neon Pink gravel
Neon Blue gravel
Neon Green gravel
Red gravel
Green gravel

It really was the only choice. Also they had some really nice chunks of green savvana rock (my centrepiece) so i went for it. When i got home and set it up with the wood it all really came together :)

I have to agree with the others about the green gravel i didn't think it would look so good, You have done a great job on the tank. What other fish will you put in?

I want a shoal of assorted tetras and a couple of discus, one red & one blue.
Got to wait a while though as i've just introduced 5 danios and 2 plecs so i want to let the tank settle before i buy more fish.
I might get some more plants & rock though :D
