anyway ive been through Hell basically with this tank..first i kinda got the hang of things then had to go and re-scape..oh boy bring on the algae..then..battled a hair algae outbreak..then brown algae all over my tank plants..everywhere..that stuff is awful..still tryin to figure out my EI dosing..then got a new filter and it took forever to seed from my old eheim media so the tank has been looking really foggy for the longest, and thats where im pretty much at now..waiting for the last of the fog to go away..i gotta give it to my plants because i never really pulled any of them just let them go through it all..they almost all survived it though..now its basically become my experimental tank to figure this whole thing out from a lazy persons perspective..if you get my drift..and low and behold the tanks coming around..funny thing is when i kept experimenting with different things and even fertilizers.. the plants stayed pretty healthy..go figure..this tank has gone from compliments to nobody come over because of the eye sore condition it was in :) ..hmmm..now that ive really started trying different stuff..such as more root tabs, more co2(pressurized),more expensive ferts(mastergro),different filter, which might i ad all have had some effect to aid in outbreaks of algae, things are settling down..enough ranting here it is today..damm the last of this foggy water..

Very nice! Your plants look so lush and green. The cloudy water will clear -- it just takes time. I'm still waiting for my 72 to clear (it's been just over a week.) But every day is a little better.

Looks great  got a nice load of plants in there too

thanks everyone..yah i have it loaded up with plants..through my trials and tribulations i pretty much just kept adding plants..finally things seemed to settle and the algae is finally starting to all die off..this tank has gone through soooo much :)
ive learned a good deal with this one though..you cant even see my root wood in there.

Lovely tank danski. It sort of looks 'rounded' in your planting as the height of the plants give a circular impression, especially with the plant on the left bending at the water surface.. very cool

heres todays pic...6-1-2006 things are still clearing up
hmmmm..cant wait to start my new aquascape now..i am still working on my EI dosing though..need to figure how much no3 to add on my dosing days..ive found that i need to cut way back on my kh2po4 because i kept getting algae blooms..dan
