Just thought I'd post up a fews pics of my 2 month old tank and some of my fish.

I got a Nutrafin CO2 reactor last wednesday, so I should start seeing the benefits soon.

i'd be concerned that the gravel isn't suitable for your corys though?

I agree with cat, that gravel looks pretty coarse, and could wear down the corys barbels, but looks can be deceiving.

Yeah, it turned out to be bigger than i'd wanted They seem to be doing ok at the moment though so i'll see how they get on.

i dont know about catxx, but for me the size isnt the issue, its how coarse it is, for coarse gravel can wear down the barbels.

Have you used anything to boost the growth of you plants cause im amazed how nice your plants look so good. How much was the C02 system cost?

Yes I use a layer of sera floredepot under the gravel and API Leaf Zone liquid fertilizer every week. The CO2 kit was about £20.

No, you get a diffuser in the pack that goes in your tank. It looks a bit like a ladder. I'll try to get a pic tonight.

yea geo7x i spotted the gravel could be ok but may wear down the barbles over time, your shrimp is an AMANO SHRIMP as well, not a ghost shrimp; anyway iv critisized enough and will end on a high note!

okay i'll think about getting at least a sandy area in the tank soon, if not replace the whole substrate.

The shrimp were labelled up in the shop as ghosts but great if they are Amano as that's what i went looking to buy in the first place.
